EVENTS INFORMATION

To earn volunteer points, each volunteer or company captain must e-mail Jennifer at jennifer@hermescleveland.com and request a volunteer shift. You must include your name, phone and company name.

Jennifer will contact each volunteer with confirmation and exact times and location of duties. Opportunities are on a first requested, first served basis. Most volunteers will work a 4-hour shift.

One point will be awarded for each volunteer who assists with the Games. Your company will be allowed up to a total of five (5) volunteer points.

Each volunteer will be required to sign a waiver when they report to their assigned event. These waiver forms are then used to accumulate volunteer points, so please stress to your volunteers the importance of reporting to the Hermes Sports & Events staff at their event and signing the waiver form.

Volunteer Penalty Points: One point will be deducted for each volunteer who does not show up for their assigned event without an opportunity to make up the point. Once you have emailed and your schedule has been confirmed, you CANNOT cancel. You must find your own substitute.

Volunteer Points will be awarded at the conclusion of the Games and not included in the daily updates.
