Requests to run with a partner must be indicated online or on the mail-in form. Requests to run with a partner cannot be fulfilled on race day. Entry forms of those wishing to run together must be submitted in one envelope.

Indians Tickets
As a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, you are cordially invited to attend our 30th anniversary celebration on Wednesday, September 23rd at Progressive Field when the Cleveland Indians take on the Detroit Tigers. The Cleveland Indians have generously designated that evening as Ronald McDonald House night at the ballpark. Discounted Upper Box tickets are available for $16 (normally $22), of which the Indians will donate $5.00 for every ticket sold by the Ronald McDonald House. In addition, the Indians will donate $1.00 for every ticket sold to that night's game.
Tickets for the September 23rd game will be available for purchase at Tackle the Tower. Plus for each Indians ticket purchased you will receive an entry into the raffle for a chance to win a Nintendo Wii and fitness package!
