Yoga Classes

Take a break from life and try something new with our yoga classes. These yoga classes are instructed by Maria "PUMA" Reyes, owner of Puma Yoga. Puma weaves her enthusiasm, humor and compassion into a style that encompasses Forrest, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga.  She blends core work, flow, deep breathing, and longer holds in pose sequences which allows the body to stretch, elongate  and release. Classes end with a long savasana (final relaxation).

Class time will be 10:30am until 12:00pm.

Length:
Yoga will consist of 4 classes.

Cost:  $75.00 per person

Cost includes:

• Yoga Classes
• Official Hermes Sport and Social T-Shirt (one per player)

*All participants will receive an official Hermes Sport and Social t-shirt!
