Blue Silo is a food trailer based out of Cleveland, serving up tacos, breakfast tacos, and breakfast burritos. Their ingredients are sourced from Ohio farms that have pasture-raised meats, free-range eggs, and organic produce. Everything is made from scratch, including their signature sauces and homemade tortillas!
